I just completed the 17 km walk from Lires to Muxia. It took me 5 hours walking through rain and wind to reach Muxia. Muxia has been a destination for pilgrims for almost 5,000 years. It was a centre of pilgrimage for many ancient religions and then for the last 1,000 years for Christians. It is beautiful region with lovely sea views and many hills. Attached are some photos from todays walk. Tomorrow I will begin the return 4 day walk back to Santiago. Blessings, Canon Kim         Comments are closed.
